Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment of all fees are required on the day of consult.
  2. Debt must be paid prior to service delivery.
  3. All fees are based on a single appointment; extended appointments may incur additional charges.
  4. Four hours cancellation notice for a booked appointment is required. Non-attendance will be charged at the normal consultation fee.
  5. ACC care/services under the Urgent Care Clinics are free for up to 8 weeks from the date of injury. After that period, a consultation fee will apply.
  6. Medical consumables will be charged separately.
  7. Administration fee applies on accounts not settled on the same day.
  8. Face to Face consults are required for an ACC Certificate.
  9. Newly registered patients require a double face-to-face appointment for their first visit. Double appointment fees will apply.
