Urgent Care

These services are strictly run on a drop in basis for both casual and our enrolled patients. There is no need to make an appointment.
Urgent care services can offer you treatment for an accident or an illness that needs immediate attention but is not serious enough for you to visit our local hospital. Our doctors are specialist Urgent Care Physicians and can manage a wide range of injuries such as broken limbs, sprains and strains and open wounds

All patients are triage by a nurse on arrival so that we can ensure as much as possible that your wait time is appropriate for you. Please do be aware that from time to time we do have emergency situations and the wait time may be longer than expected. Our reception staff will be able to keep you up to date with this. You may not necessarily be seen in the order of your arrival

Urgent Care services are strictly for urgent/acute one-off presentations. For repeat prescriptions, WINZ certificates, driving license or any non-urgent conditions, medical checks, and certificates/forms are best dealt with in a scheduled appointment with your registered GP. To provide good continuity of care, it is always best to arrange appointments with your own GP in advance.
