Tui Pharmacy

We're Upgrading our Patient Management System

At Tui Medical, we're always looking for ways to improve your care, and that means we're moving from Medtech to a new system, Indici.

Our clinics will be closed from 8pm Friday 25 September until 7am Monday 28 September 2026 while we make this change.

Your Manage My Health patient portal will also be switched off from 21st September. This means you won't be able to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, or view test results online during this time. Instead, please call us on 0800 175 175 to book an appointment, request a prescription, or ask about your results, and our team will help you directly.

Because our phone lines will be busier than usual during this period, if you think you'll need an appointment or a prescription in the next few weeks, we'd really encourage you to get in touch now rather than wait.

From 5th October, the patient portal will be changing from Manage My Health to myIndici. We will provide information to patients on how to activate this closer to the time.

Need care while we're closed over that weekend (25 to 28 September)?

  • For an emergency, please go to Waikato Hospital ED

  • For non-emergency urgent care, please go to Anglesea Accident & Emergency or Victoria Urgent Care

Please don't worry, your health records are completely safe and will carry across to the new system automatically. We'll be in touch again soon with more on how to access your care online going forward.

Thank you for bearing with us. We appreciate your patience while we make this change for you.
