Terms & conditions

• Payment of all fees are required on the day of consult.

• Debt must be paid prior to service delivery.

• All fees are based on a single appointment; extended appointments, consumables or other factors may incur additional charges.

• Four hours cancellation notice for a booked appointment is required. Non-attendance will be charged at the normal consultation fee.

• Medical consumables will be charged separately.

• Administration fee applies on accounts not settled on the same day.

• All newly registered patients will require a face to face appointment on their first visit.

• Face to Face consults are required for an ACC Certificate.

• If you present to Urgent Care for review on the same day as your GP consult, the standard Urgent Care charge will apply
