All fees are based on standard single appointments. Extended appointments, consumables or other factors may incur additional fees. Payment is required on the same day as your appointment.
*Community Services Card receive $10 discount on nurse appts
Non-attendance fees
Non-attendance for under 14’s will have no charge.
Non-attendance for children/juveniles 14-17yrs without CSC/HUHC will be charged a $10 admin fee.
Non-attendance for children/juveniles 14-17yrs with CSC/HUHC will be charged a $5 admin fee.
Non-attendance for adults 18+ without CSC/HUHC will be charged a $19.50 admin fee.
Non-attendance for adults 18+ with CSC/HUHC will be charged a $12.50 admin fee
Terms & conditions
Payment of all fees are required on the day of consult.
Debt must be paid prior to service delivery.
All fees are based on a single appointment; extended appointments, consumables or other factors may incur additional charges.
Four hours cancellation notice for a booked appointment is required. Non-attendance will be charged at the normal consultation fee.
Medical consumables will be charged separately.
Administration fee applies on accounts not settled on the same day.
All newly registered patients will require a face to face appointment on their first visit.
Face to Face consults are required for an ACC Certificate.
