$40 for children under 14 with CSC between 6pm - 8am Mon to Fri, Weekends 24 hrs.

You are seen based on the urgency of your presenting health issue, NOT by the time of arrival. Thank you for your patience & consideration.

ACC Care is FREE for up to 8 weeks from the date of injury when seen through our Urgent Care Clinics Te Rapa & Rototuna After this period, consultation fees will apply.

WINZ certificates and Drivers Medical's are not issued within urgent care visits.
Consumables or other factors may incur additional fees.
Payment is required on the day of your visit

Terms & conditions

Payment of all fees are required on the day of consult.
Debt must be paid prior to service delivery.
All fees are based on a single appointment; extended appointments, consumables or other factors may incur additional charges.
Four hours cancellation notice for a booked appointment is required. Non-attendance will be charged at the normal consultation fee.
ACC care/services under the Urgent Care Clinics are free for up to 8 weeks from the date of injury. After that period, a consultation fee will apply.
Medical consumables will be charged separately.
Administration fee applies on accounts not settled on the same day.
All newly registered patients will require a face to face appointment on their first visit.
Face to Face consults are required for an ACC Certificate.
